池原 譲 上皮間葉系移行(Epithelial MesenchymalTranstion)の形態学的な検出法がんの浸潤・転移研究ハンドブック.
318-323 2008.胃癌の発症・進展の各段階におけるバイオマーカーについて,発癌および再発予測に関わる糖鎖バイオマーカーを中心に概説した。最初に,胃癌のピロリ菌感染による発癌リスクのバイオマーカーとして,ピロリ菌側のCagAやCagPAIなどの遺伝子型,宿主側のフコース転移酵素やIL1‐βなどの遺伝子多型,をバイオマーカー候補として挙げた。次いで,胃癌の再発予測に関して,腹膜転移,リンパ節転移および血行性転移における微小転移診断のためのバイオマーカーの最近の進歩と治療適応への応用について述べた。CEAを指標とする定量RT‐PCR法による腹腔内遊離癌細胞の検出法や抗体標識による末梢血中遊離癌細胞検出法の有用性について述べた。さらに,胃癌の予後あるいは治療効果判定のバイオマーカーとしてCA72‐4について述べた。
