The 2nd iMeC-WISE Retreat, which was planned and organized by the 2nd-year iMeC-WISE students, was held in English onsite and online.
In addition to the iMeC-WISE students, other Chiba University students, faculty members, and our program's external committee members also attended the event.
Three 2nd-year students' groups presented their business plans along with this year's theme, “Medical business in the age of artificial intelligence and big data.”
After the lively Q&A session, one of the groups, " AI assisted Lab/Data Personal health app business " won the Grand Prize.
Dr.Hiroki Sonehara, managing director of Genome Clinic and having completed the LGS program, gave a speech to program students.
Also, all 2nd-year students presented their research and participated in a Q&A session, and they received high evaluations from our program's external committee members.
