Aim of Research: Establishment of Pharmacokinetics and Toxicokinetics for the Newly Developed Therapy
The aim of our study is to characterize the pharmacokinetics of the drugs in the immune system regulation and treatment‚ especially focused on membrane transporters in the liver‚ intestine‚ kidney and tumor itself and to evaluate the drug-induced toxicity including idiosynchratic toxicity. We also foster young researchers capable of conducting translational research with GCP compliance and with a sufficient knowledge of clinical pharmacokinetics and toxicokinetics.
