Aim of Research: Translational research for vascular damage and atherosclerosis.
The aim of our study is to develop a novel treatment for vascular damage and atherosclerosis‚ on the basis of pathological changes in various functions of vascular smooth muscle cells (SMCs). We foster young investigators as members involved in the translational and clinical research for the establishment of immunological diagnoses and the treatment of cardio-cerebral vascular diseases using the SMCs-derived biomarkers.
